Aragami Level

DESCRIPTION

This project was done over a 4 week period. A level designed using the Level Editor of the game Aragami. The game is readily available on steam and is the only way to access and play the level.

The challenge I set for myself with this level was to see if it was plausible to do the opposite of the expected when it comes to stealth.

Commonly in stealth games being higher up and seeing more is advantageous, the vantage points provide safety. 

​

For this level I wanted to make it so being higher up and exposed is dangerous but being lower is safer. 

​

Naturally Aragami revolves around the use of shadows and I wanted to utilise this as much as possible. Making the player value being grounded more than reaching for the highest exposed points all the time.
